SIVONX provides a suite of AI-driven tools, including but not limited to:

Custom Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning.

Consultancy for AI transformation and integration.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to misuse our services. Prohibited actions include:

Using our AI models to generate illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content.
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the weights of our proprietary models.
Interfering with the operation of our API infrastructure.
Using the services to develop competing foundation models.

4. Intellectual Property

SIVONX Property: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including our pre-trained models, code, and design, are and will remain the exclusive property of SIVONX.

Customer Data: You retain all rights to the data you input into our services. By using our services, you grant us a license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

5. AI Output & Liability

Artificial Intelligence is a rapidly evolving field. Use of our services is at your own risk.

Probabilistic Nature: You acknowledge that AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies. SIVONX makes no valid warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content generated by our models.

Limitation of Liability: In no event shall SIVONX be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the generated output.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
